Some days you just want a quick snack
I find this can meet with either the apple chips or these pastry circle
200g of gf self raising flour
100g of dairy free spread
4tbsp of Chilled water ( plus a little bit if needs it)
40g mix sesame,sunflower and pumpkin
Mix the flour and the spread, when the dough is slowly coming together slowly add the water.
Once the dough has formed a ball it needs to be chilled for anyway between 15 – 30 minutes
Now preheat the oven to 180oC, you can now roll out the pastry and cut out the ‘cookies‘. Once the shapes have been cut transfer them to a lined cookie tray, Egg wash the ‘cookies‘, and sprinkle with the seed mix.
Cook for 10-15 mins until golden brown, this will depend on the ‘cookie,‘ thickness.
Cool before serving with dips or spreads I think (dear I say ) marmite ( I‘am in the love camp sorry)
