Save your peelings

Ok, not quite your peeling but if you have any left over chunks of veg like the top and tails of onions ( not the ‘paper’ skin , carrots, parsnips put them in a tub and in you freezer the next time you make your own chicken stock, no need to uses fresh veg as you should have leftovers from before in you freezer.
