Chickpeas are great food source for gluten intolorence, especially if you can eat all the ingredience in hummus,
What I uses is
400g tin chickpeas drained & washed
1 tbsp Sesame seed oil ( it’s recommend to uses tahini, but I havn‘t found a place to get it)
1tsp Garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp Olive oil
What I do
I uses a food processor, place the chickpeas and lemon juice in, now add the other ingredience slowly as food processor work to grind them all up in to a spread. If it is getting to dry, try adding more oil to the mix.
I store my hummus in a, labled washed and clean marg tub in the fridge.
