Safety disclaimer

The items I uses in my blog are safe for me to use, you can change any of the ingredients to foods that you think will work better for you, as usual use your common sense and read the packet to make sure there is nothing you can‘t eat in them.

Also wanted to note I don’t add salt and pepper ( unless stated) in recipes as i have a small child who will eat most of the dishes too, so seasoning is normally added at the table,but you can add it during the cooking process if you want.
